Quick story for you on this Friday night:

I was nine when I went to camp for the first time.

And also maybe nine when I first saw The Parent Trap.

It wasn’t until ten years later, when camp was over and my weekends were all Hamptons house parties, slick-back buns, and Surf Lodge espresso martinis, that it hit me:

Everything felt a little fake.

It felt like everyone was living for appearances, and honestly, that is never what attracts the people who are meant to be in your life, nor does it really have the power to make you feel whole.

I missed the belly laughs from being young, the dirt under my nails, and the authenticity.

It’s in those moments of authenticity that all of the good things in life happen.

Flash forward: Camp Social was born.

A place for women to meet, reconnect, and remember who they were before the world told them to dim it down.

A place to feel that goofy, fun, happy, return-to-childhood energy again.

And now we’re paying tribute.

In celebration of this THIRD year of Camp Social (for which I cannot even believe!!!), we’re throwing a full-on Hallie & Annie Night at Camp, the Parent Trap moment!!!

Think: summer camp uniforms, 90s nostalgia, freckles and flair.
